We all need it at some point in our lives. We all pay more each year for it, but are we getting what we pay for?

Thousands of South Dakota citizens do not have health coverage and yet receive care from hospitals, clinics, and physicians. Thousands more do not seek the preventative care that could ward off much more serious conditions.

Many seek care and then struggle with the financial reality of the cost of modern medicine. As a physician I help my patients with these problems every day. I will provide unique perspectives on healthcare issues as your elected representative.

On Education & Training...

These are two things I know very well. I spent 16 years after graduating from high school studying and training to learn my profession. That was an enormous investment in the future for my family and me. I was certain it was worth the time, the effort, and the dollars.

I am just as certain that it is worth the time, the effort, and the dollars to make sure that our children in District 12 and South Dakota have access to the tools and resources they need for their future and their families.

OUR CHILDREN HAVE UNLIMITED POTENTIAL. We must make an investment in them. We must make the effort so they have access to their dreams here at home.
